Ditch overwhelm and reclaim your joy

Invest in life and business coaching.

Is it possible to be successful and to struggle at the same time?

Clearly, it is because you are.

The thing is, for you, business isn’t just about KPIs. It’s about much more.

And that much more got lost along the way, somehow.

And now you’re wondering: What is all this for?

The symptoms of the struggle behind the success

Entrepreneur overwhelm

While there’s not one thing that you can’t deal with, you’re overstimulated. It feels like work is managing you, rather than the other way around.

Feeling stuck

You’ve shrunk yourself to fit a box that isn’t yours. You’re living by someone else’s values, or someone else’s priorities, and it feels alienating.

The joy is gone

You expect work to be fulfilling and fun, yet the burdens and responsibilities of running your own business are crushing your spirit.

Do these symptoms sound familiar?

If so, it’s time to work with a Life and Business Coach

Because you need a safe space to reflect on your whole self before change can happen

As a certified Life and Business Coach, I help conscious leaders seeking to humanize their business find clarity in chaos, so they can reclaim badassery and bliss.

I offer a safe space where there’s no artificial separation between business and life. We look at you as a whole human.

I create a space for reflection to tackle the hard questions.

I nurture a space where there’s no judgment, but rather accountability to your raw, honest truth.

Solutions can then emerge.

Premium 1:1 Coaching Package

  • You can afford higher-touch support.

The process

We meet in person or remotely every other week for a one-hour coaching session. I follow my curiosity and intuition to design a session that meets you where you are.

  • While I don’t follow a pre-scripted process, I use specific questions that allow us to set goals and track progress. I also have a rich toolbox to support our work together.
  • If you prefer, I’m open to just talking and allowing for what wants to emerge. We have the freedom to do what works best for you. It’s your session.

A deep, meaningful result

This private coaching isn’t about quick fixes and short-term solutions. We dig deep. And it’s not always going to be comfortable. But that’s why you can expect growth.
As a result of our collaboration, my clients typically experience:

  • Newfound clarity
  • Renewed energy
  • A sense of momentum and tangible progress
  • Joy

  • This isn’t surface-level coaching, it’s the real work.

Working with Dror came at a time when I felt stuck. I can say that Dror’s approach is different because he didn’t offer quick fixes. Instead, he asked the kind of questions that made me stop, reflect, and face things I hadn’t been ready to admit. His calm presence, sharp insight, and deep listening created a space of trust I didn’t know I needed. This process isn’t always easy, but it’s transformative. I’m more grounded, more patient, and better equipped to lead my company and navigate life. If you’re ready to go deep and do meaningful work, Dror is the person to guide you there.

The process

We’ll identify the goal of the session ahead of time.

I’ll share a list of themes to choose from, but you can also bring a different problem that we’ll solve during that one intensive session.

In two hours, I’ll help you make progress on that specific question or need that may otherwise take a couple of months to work through.

A shot of clarity and momentum

You’ll walk away with increased clarity and a plan of action.

We’ll have untangled that specific issue and defined concrete steps you can take to implement the improvements you want to make.

ELI Assessment

What’s the ELI Assessment?

While other assessments, such as Myers-Briggs or DISC, give you a static result (the type of person you are), the ELI Assessment helps you understand how you show up in different situations. It can help you make more conscious choices and change if you’d like to. It’s a dynamic model that facilitates personal growth and development.

The process

There are 2 steps:

  • You’ll first take the simple online assessment, which requires about 20 minutes to complete.
  • Once the results are in, we’ll review them in a debrief session.

We’ll look at the variety of ways you show up under stress and on a good day. We’ll discuss how you can make conscious choices that work for you.

A dynamic map for your development

You’ll gain insights into how you typically think, feel, and act. This awareness will enable you to transition from default ways of being to ones that serve you best in context.

And you’ll discover strategies to reach your work and life goals.

Working with Dror has been nothing short of transformative.

Before I started coaching with Dror, I was overwhelmed — my business was growing fast, but I was struggling to meet all the demands on my time and attention, and I was losing the joy that inspired me to go solo in the first place.

Dror has helped me reconnect with what matters most, make clear decisions, and take back control. I like that he’s focused, easy-going, and insightful. He doesn’t give advice — he listens deeply, asks the right questions, and keeps me focused on what really matters.

Thanks to him, I’ve restructured my firm, reclaimed my time, and rediscovered purpose in my work. It’s been transformative!

Curious to work with a Life and Business Coach?

The duration may vary depending on your specific needs. I offer packages of 3, 6, and 12 months. We will discuss and decide together which one will suit you best.

I understand where you’re coming from. This is indeed a real commitment that shouldn’t be taken lightly. To help you make your decision—if we conclude in our discovery call that we are a good fit—I’m willing to gift you a high-value, intensive two-hour coaching session. You’ll get to experience what coaching with me is like, and we’ll figure out if I’m the right coach for you. Regardless of what you decide, you’ll make significant progress on the issue we tackle during that session.

Yes, it is. I actually include it in the coaching package whenever I trust it makes sense for a client. Additionally, if you decide to work with me after the assessment, I’ll deduct the cost of the assessment from the total price of your coaching package.

Sure! Send me a note with your questions at dror@ethics.coach.

This is such an important question that I wrote a blog about it. I explain the difference between coaching, therapy, mentorship, and even consulting. It’s a short but I believe enlightening read: What is Ethics Coaching?
