Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching for
executives and professionals

Leadership Development
We help leaders committed to changing the way business is done and how it impacts the world. Changing business-as-usual is not done by leading as usual. Empower leaders in your company to lead and partner with purpose.

Entrepreneur Therapy
While this is what startup leaders call coaching sessions with us, Entrepreneur Therapy is not a mental health service.
It is coaching for values-driven entrepreneurs, small business leaders, and professionals.

Ethics Advocacy Support
For ethics professionals, getting stuck seems to come with the territory, and breakthroughs are part of the job description. Whether you are leading an organization, a department, or an initiative, don't burn out; burn bright to illuminate paths for participation.

Ethics coaching helped me focus on what I really wanted to build on the days that were super long.”

A blend of workshops and coaching
for teams, groups, and ecosystems

Ethics MVP
Values-driven innovation for cohorts of entrepreneurs. In group workshops and company-specific coaching sessions, each team creates its minimum viable ethics and a process for iterating on it. Developed with three cohorts of tech startups in accelerators.

501 C Corp Cookbook
A leadership development program to support nonprofit and corporate leaders shift from transactional to transformational partnerships. The program includes cohort workshops and dedicated coaching sessions for each participating set of partners.

Ecosystem Facilitation
Context-specific facilitation for multi-stakeholder conversations, initiatives, workgroups, and design. Custom-developed for your purpose, participants, and place. From cocktail conversation starters to consequential coalition convening.
